The delivery charge within the UK is per order and not per item and includes packaging, insurance and VAT. The delivery charges for destinations outside the UK for orders of a high value may incur an extra charge in addition to the normal charge set out above, please telephone +44 1484 665384 for details. The delivery charge for destinations outside the UK for orders of a multiple quantity or bulkier/heavier items will be subject to extra charges in addition to the normal charge set out above. (i.e. these include a charge of £3.50 within Europe per each 500g and £5.50 for overseas per each 500g, please telephone +44 1484 665384 for more details. Please note that the extra delivery charge will not be applied automatically to your order, but only after we have contacted you and advised you of the total cost and you have agreed to the same. We aim to despatch accepted orders within two working days, however, accepted orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) are normally despatched the same day. Card authorisation for customers outside the UK can take up to 72 hours, therefore, orders may not be despatched within the two working days. UK orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class service and next day courier service for larger items, however, please note that Royal Mail 1st Class service does not guarantee next day delivery. If you require urgent delivery please contact Customer Services on 01484 665384 and we will do our best to assist you. All despatch times given are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Availability of goodsIf an item you have ordered is not available within our our stated delivery time limits, we will contact you to make the appropriate arrangements, if the delayed delivery date for the item is not acceptable to you, you will be able to cancel the order. Where an unavailable item is part of a larger order, we will despatch your order with the unavailable item to follow and a charge will not be applied for the unavailable item until despatch of the said item. CancellationsOrders can be cancelled before your order has been despatched by contacting Customer Services on 01484 665384 (Monday to Friday) 8.30am to 5pm, however as many orders are despatched within two working days it is possible that we will be unable to prevent any goods you have ordered being despatched to you and you may then need to return them to us, (please refer to the returns section below). You also have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods by giving written notice of cancellation within this period. If your cancellation is due to a problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. ReturnsReturn of cancelled goodsTo return cancelled items, please package securely and send to the address below. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery Service, please include your identity details and a copy of the original invoice, stating your reason for the return. Please return the goods to us unopened and in their original condition with all seals intact, if the seals are broken we will charge you the full cost of the goods, for goods returned intact you will receive a refund of the full purchase price less any postage and packing costs within 21 days of us receiving the returned item. Faulty goods return procedureIf a return is agreed, the damaged item must be returned to us with its original packaging and documentation with a brief note stating the reason for return. Please package securely and send to the address below. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, for larger/heavier items we will arrange collection by our selected courier will meet the cost of return (please forward a receipt of postage charge). Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded when we have received the faulty item and we will meet the cost of return. Incorrect goods return procedureTo return incorrect items, please package securely and send to the address below. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery Service, please include your identity details and a copy of the original invoice, stating your reason for the return. Please return the goods to us unopened and in their original condition with all seals intact, if the seals are broken we will charge you the full cost of the goods, for goods returned intact we will (at your request) replace or exchange any such items, or refund you the total price paid including delivery charges.
